Walking through my neighborhood this afternoon I stumbled across what appeared to be some happy childhood chalk on the sidewalk. Camera in tow, I thought it would be cute to take some snaps to use later. Upon closer inspection I find these children might be working for Barack Obama. It seems as though the local chapter of Moveon.org is resorting to some street level marketing. Literally. Barack’s campaign has officially taken to the streets, sidewalks and light posts of East Village.
So it seems some clever Barack supporters are attempting to remind us that he was once in elementary school by holding a bake sale. I am all for reliving my youth, so Barack Obama, you had better make sure that you have rice krispie treats at your bake sale tomorrow at 948 N. Wolcott, or else I will not see-saw with you at recess.

I think one way to get Obama into the White House is to mobilize as many people as possible to start wearing Obama apparel and showing support however the can
I visited this bake sale this morning, and you will be happy to know they do in fact have rice krispie treats. Unfortunately, there was not a Barack to be seen.
